Andrea is one of my all time favorite Nia teachers.  Nia has been my practice for over 5 years.  I dance almost everyday of the week.  I love Andrea because her form is impeccable, her energy is always amazing and she never fails to teach a class that fills my need for body, mind, spirit and emotional food.  She is so dynamic and the playlists seem to always hit the mark right where I am needing to be feed.
